These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between yourself and MYSAAUTO in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

Law and jurisdiction

1. This Agreement will in all respects be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
   1. The Parties hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the North Gauteng High Court of the Republic of South Africa in any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement.

MYSAAUTO (PTY) LTD is registered in accordance with the Company Laws of the Republic of South Africa with Registration Number (2020/592303/07) and its registered address situated in Kempton Park
