How do I remove my advert?
You can email our support team at ads@mysaauto.co.za who will assist you in removing your listing. Alternatively you can disable your advert via your dashboard once signed in on the “My Inventory” page.
Are there Refunds?
After an advert has been published to go live and reflects on the site no refund will be given. However, if the add has not yet been listed live we will gladly refund you.
How do I know if my advert has any views?
With thousand of visits to our website per month, we will do everything in our power to make sure your advert stands out and gets the attention it deserves.
Can I alter or change my advert once its live?
Yes, by emailing ads@mysaauto.co.za with your advert listing reference, our support team will assist you in updating or changing your advert as well as the sequence of your images if required. Alternatively you can edit your listing from your user dashboard but you will have to email us after saving your changes as it will place your listing in a hold or pending state.
How do we know the Interested listing is still available?
By contacting the listings contact details, private or dealership they will be able to inform you.
Can I arrange a test drive?
The private seller or dealership will be able to inform you. Alternatively by clicking the “Schedule a Test Drive” button.
Is Finance Available?
The private seller or dealership will be able to inform you.
Do you Accept Trade-In’s?
The private seller or dealership will be able to inform you.
How Soon after placing my Advert will it Reflect?
As soon as the proof of payment reflects, an email will be sent to you to notify you that your advert has been accepted and listed to go live. Allow for 1-2 Hours for us to get your listing activated (During business hours Monday- Friday 8am-5pm).
How do I find the Dealership’s physical address?
The physical address for all dealerships listed on mysaauto.co.za is provided, alternatively you can click on the “Vehicles Listings map” link which will display a map of the dealership’s physical address.
How do I list a Banner Advert?
You can list your Banner by emailing banners@mysaauto.co.za where our support team will gladly assist you. Alternatively you can create a user, once logged in you can add a banner package to your user. We will require you to email us a High Resolution image and we will guide you on the size of the image.
How do I list a Dealership?

As a Dealership, do I have to sign a contract?
No, all listings are on a month to month basis so no contracts or obligations will be expected from the dealership.
As a Dealership, can I also have a banner advert?
Yes, we offer a banner to Dealerships at a reduced extra monthly fee, all pricing can be found from the “Pricing” menu option. Once signed in please make sure you select the “Dealership & Banner” package from the Plan Selection.
